摘要
针对经典的单变量多项式求根问题，人们已经开发出了高效甚至近乎最优的算法（参见，例如，\cite{P95}，\cite{P02}，\cite{MNP13} 及其中的参考文献），但这仍然是一个活跃的研究领域。通过结合该领域开发的一些强大技术，我们设计了新的近乎最优算法，其显著优点在于简洁性，这对于实现至关重要。
