摘要
我们提出一种旨在标准化教师招聘过程中所收集意见的程序，目标是放大学生的声音。该框架最初用于收集研究生的反馈，但可以轻松调整以收集本科生、教师、职员或其他利益相关者的反馈。实施该框架需要参与各方达成一致，并在教师候选人访问开始前进行最低限度的组织工作。
