一种利用在线社区帖子的可扩展聊天机器人平台：概念验证研究

摘要
自然语言处理算法的发展以及对话数据的爆炸式增长正在推动人机对话的研究。然而，大规模获取合格的对话数据仍然困难且昂贵。在本文中，我们验证了通过处理后的在线社区帖子作为伪对话数据来构建数据驱动聊天机器人的可行性。我们认为，利用社区帖子的通用结构，可以通过该流水线广泛构建各种用途的聊天机器人。我们的实验表明，沿该流水线创建的聊天机器人能够产生恰当的回复。
