在现代高通量应用中，识别变量间的成对关联至关重要，且期望使用对多种关联关系具有强大功效和敏感性的方法。我们描述了 RankCover，这是一种新的非参数关联检验方法，用于衡量两个变量之间配对秩点的集中度。此处的“集中度”使用一种类似于空间数据分析中采用的圆盘覆盖统计量进行量化。对模拟数据集的分析表明，与竞争的一般关联性检验相比，该方法具有鲁棒性且往往具有更高的功效。我们通过几个真实数据集的分析展示了 RankCover 的应用。
