摘要
本文基于均衡匹配与工资的观测，引入了在单一匹配市场中估计工作便利性价值与劳动生产力的最大似然估计量。该估计过程同时拟合匹配模式与工资曲线。尽管我们的估计量适用于广泛的指派问题，我们提供了一个应用：利用工作中致命伤害风险的补偿性工资差异来估计统计生命价值。使用2017年美国数据，我们估计统计生命价值为630万美元(2017年美元)。
