摘要
我们提出 MILABOT：由蒙特利尔学习算法研究所（MILA）为亚马逊 Alexa Prize 竞赛开发的深度强化学习聊天机器人。MILABOT 能够通过语音和文本就流行闲聊话题与人类对话。该系统由自然语言生成与检索模型的集成组成，包括神经网络与基于模板的模型。通过将强化学习应用于众包数据和真实用户交互，系统被训练为从其集成模型中选择合适的回复。系统已通过真实用户的 A/B 测试进行评估，其表现显著优于其他系统。结果凸显了将集成系统与深度强化学习相结合，作为开发真实世界开放域对话智能体的有效路径的潜力。
