短类别或有序时间序列的统计模型比较及其在生态学中的应用

摘要
我们研究短长度类别（或有序）时间序列的两种统计模型。第一种是基于广义线性模型的回归模型。第二种是参数化马尔可夫模型，将离散自回归模型特化到类别数据情形。这些模型被用于分析两个数据集： annual larch cone production 与 weekly planktonic abundance。
