提出了一个元胞自动机模型，用于分析圣保罗橙子种植园中柑橘杂色褪绿病疫情的进展。该模型包含了流行病学和环境特征，例如执行莱维飞行的叶蝉媒介的移动性、植物的水分和营养胁迫水平以及季节性气候效应。通过改变控制媒介移动性、植物胁迫和初始病株数量的参数，所提出的模型定量地再现了观测到的疫情数据。
