摘要
我们揭示了一种现象，即“朴素”的多变量局部多项式回归能够适应局部光滑的低维结构，其意义在于：当预测变量位于或接近低维流形时，该方法能够实现对属于 Sobolev 空间的回归函数进行非参数估计的最优收敛速率。
