摘要
类似于光学近场扫描方法,我们使用锥形介电波导作为毫米波矢量网络分析仪的探针。通过在两个此类探针之间扫描薄样品,我们能够以亚波长分辨率映射材料空间变化的介电特性;在透射模式下使用150 GHz探针,我们获得了约500微米的空间分辨率。我们已将此方法应用于多种高度异质的材料。在此我们展示了花岗岩和油页岩的介电图。
