半导体纳米结构中电子波包的Zitterbewegung

摘要
我们研究了III-V族闪锌矿半导体量子阱中由于自旋-轨道耦合引起的电子波包的Zitterbewegung。我们的结果为这一基本效应提供了一个直接的实验证明，证实了一个长期存在的理论预言。对于谐振量子线中的电子运动，我们通过数值和解析方法找到了一个最大化Zitterbewegung的共振条件。
