双隧道结库仑阻塞的零频电流噪声

摘要
我们数值计算了由两个串联隧道结组成的库仑阻塞问题的零频电流噪声，并在多个极限下进行了解析计算。在低温下，对于广泛的电压、电容和电阻范围，我们表明噪声测量的是两个隧道结之间区域中电子数的方差。另一方面，平均电流仅测量电子的平均数。因此，噪声提供了关于这些器件输运的额外信息，而这些信息仅通过测量电流是无法获得的。
