摘要
我们在 4.2 K 和室温下测量了在尺寸为 的铝岛屿中电子自旋积聚。首次实现了在四端子侧向器件中获得均匀的自旋积聚，其幅度超过岛屿的欧姆接线电阻。通过控制与岛屿相接的四个磁性电极的磁化方向，我们对自旋积聚进行了详细研究。自旋预cession 测量确认了系统的均匀性，并提供了一种准确提取自旋松弛时间的方法。
