加利福尼亚州旧金山市县自 2004 年起已在某些选举中使用即时 runoff 投票（IRV）。本报告描述了针对 2019 年 11 月旧金山地方检察官选举的首次 IRV 风险限制审计（RLA）流程试点。我们发现，对于邮寄投票结果，仅需 200 张选票的抽样即可高效地审计至远低于 0.05 风险限度的水平。我们为试点开发的所有软件均为开源。
