摘要
我们提出了通用算法，用于将各种散射几何中记录的线性和面探测器的散射数据转换为倒易空间坐标。所提出的算法适用于任何测角仪配置，包括流行的四圆、六圆和kappa测角仪。我们避免了常用近似，因此提供了也适用于大探测器和小样品探测器距离的算法。给出了确定必要探测器参数的方法，包括常被忽略的未对准。这些算法在一个免费提供的开源软件包中实现。
