X 射线诱导 Bi2Se3 中的晶界形成与晶粒旋转

摘要

优化多晶材料中的晶界特性可以改善其性能。目前已发展出多种用于晶界调控的加工方法,包括在某些应用中使用强辐射。本工作中,我们使用 X 射线自由电子激光脉冲辐照单晶硒化铋 (Bi2Se3),并观察到响应 X 射线辐射的晶界形成及随后的晶粒旋转。我们通过同步透射 X 射线显微术和 X 射线衍射的观测,展示了强 X 射线辐射如何快速改变晶粒的尺寸和织构。
