受控气相分子的 X 射线衍射成像:迈向分子坐标系中的动力学成像

摘要

我们报道了三维对齐的 2,5-二碘噻吩分子的衍射成像实验结果。分子由啁啾近红外激光脉冲对齐,其结构由 Linac Coherent Light Source 提供的 9.5 keV(λ130pm\lambda\approx130 \text{pm})光子能量探测。衍射光子记录于 CSPAD 探测器上,并记录了 2,5-二碘噻吩平衡结构的二维衍射图样。所复原的两个碘原子间距离与量子化学计算的分子结构相符,误差在 5% 以内。该实验方法允许在分子坐标系中对本征分子动力学成像,尽管这需要更多实验数据,而在即将建成的高重复频率装置中应易于获得。
