摘要
我们提出了一般确定性中继网络的可达速率，该网络具有发射端的广播特性和接收端的干扰特性。特别地，我们证明了如果信息论割集界的最优分布是乘积分布，那么我们就对此类网络的可达速率有了完整的刻画。对于 companion paper [3] 中讨论的线性确定性有限域模型，情况确实如此，并且我们得到了此类网络著名的最大流最小割定理的推广。
