摘要
多重检验过程的功效可通过使用加权 p 值来提高（Genovese、Roeder 和 Wasserman 2005）。我们推导了最优权重，并表明功效对这些权重的设定错误具有显著的鲁棒性。我们考虑了两种在实践中选择权重的方法。第一种是外部加权，基于先验信息。第二种是估计加权，利用数据来选择权重。
