摘要
我们分析了一个与基于超导约瑟夫森结的电荷探测器强耦合的寄生态中的电荷涨落。该态的电荷动力学类似于具有两个电荷态的量子点中的电子输运，因此我们将其称为二能级涨落体。通过从测量的探测器信号构建等待时间分布，并将其与等待时间理论进行比较，我们提取了该二能级涨落体的电子隧入和隧出速率，这两个速率严重不对称。
