微管非线性生物物理学中的 W-势

摘要
在本文中，我们研究真核生物细胞骨架基本组分——微管的非线性动力学，并基于已知的一般模型。构成粒子之间的关键相互作用使用 W-势进行建模。研究了该类势的三种形式：对称势与两种非对称势。我们展示了后两者的优势。
