摘要
分析了关于金属和绝缘体辐照下观察到的空位超晶格形成的文献，特别关注自组织现象；讨论了这一过程的一般情景。提出了超晶格参数作为剂量率和温度函数的简单关系，与现有实验数据吻合良好。特别关注了电子辐照CaF2中卤素气体空位形成的分析。
