易挥发润湿滴液阵列的超晶格形成

摘要
对于临界易挥发润湿滴液的有序阵列, 考虑其通过类似奥斯特瓦尔德烧蚀过程形成超晶格的机制. 该问题的扩散问题在准静态近似下处理, 并以滴液间距离的反数的一阶修正为准. 该方法较为一般, 但显式地研究了方晶格和三角晶格. 计算了这些阵列的超晶格生长的色散关系.
