摘要
电动车路由问题(EVRP)将经典车辆路径问题(VRP)扩展至物流领域电动和混合车辆的应用，因文献中所考察的约束条件种类繁多，不同方法在不同问题变体间的比较仍具有挑战性。本文聚焦于一种被称为 capacitated green vehicle routing problem(CGVRP) 的 EVRP 简约变体，该变体是 2020 年 IEEE 计算智能大会上举办的 CEC-12 竞赛的焦点。本文 presenting of the competition-winning approach，基于变邻域搜索(VNS)元启发式方法。该方法在完整竞赛数据集上取得最佳结果，也优于此后发布的更近期算法。
