摘要
本文基于变程跳跃理论，对无序有机半导体中的输运能量进行了系统研究。广泛讨论了依赖于温度、电场、材料无序度和载流子浓度的输运能量。我们在此证明，输运能量并非一个普适概念，即使在低电场和低浓度区域也是无效的。
