摘要

我们研究上临界场 $H_{c 2}$ 的温度依赖性，以此作为探测 LAO/STO 界面可能存在多带超导性的工具。 $H_{c 2}$ 的行为能够通过其非平凡的温度依赖性清晰地指示双带超导性。对于由无序散射主导的二维 LAO/STO 界面，我们发现了 $H_{c 2} (T)$ 的特征性非单调曲率。我们还分析了多带体相 STO 的 $H_{c 2}$ ，并发现了类似的行为。
