铁磁/正规金属混合体的普适角向磁阻与自旋扭矩

摘要
铁磁/正规金属(F/N)异质结构的电阻取决于界面类型，可能是隧道障壁、点接触或金属间化合物界面。对于所有界面类型，作为磁化矢量之间夹角函数的无序 F/N/F 垂直自旋阀的电阻均遵循简单的数普适规律。自旋电流诱导的磁化扭矩可通过这些自旋阀的角向磁阻来测量。结果推广到任意磁电电路。
