摘要
我们引入了调制取向敏感太赫兹光谱 (Modulated Orientation Sensitive Terahertz Spectroscopy, MOSTS)，该技术既能增加相邻模式之间的对比度，又能消除宽带 librational 背景，从而实现对蛋白质等大分子的模式识别。
