使用行波参量放大器实现超低噪声读出:DARTWARS 项目

摘要

DARTWARS 项目的目标是开发具有高增益、大带宽、高饱和功率和近乎量子极限噪声的高性能创新型行波参量放大器。其应用的目标频率区域为 5 - 10 GHz,预期噪声温度约为 600 mK。研发遵循两种不同途径,一种基于约瑟夫森结,另一种基于超导体的动力学电感。本文主要聚焦于约瑟夫森行波参量放大器,介绍其设计、初步测量以及对约瑟夫森结阵列均匀性的测试。
