量子技术和先进探测实验的最新进展凸显了对微波频谱中极弱信号检测的迫切需求。为应对这一挑战,约瑟夫森行波参量放大器(JTWPA)被提出作为一种低温前端放大器,能够在接近量子噪声极限的同时提供相关带宽。本研究集中于对JTWPA的全面数值研究,未对关键组件的非线性进行简化。具体而言,本研究聚焦于对系统的彻底检查,该系统由表示设备所有组件的耦合非线性微分方程表征。考虑了设备边界处的适当输入和输出信号。对经历参量放大过程的输出信号的分析涉及相空间动力学和输出电压傅里叶谱分析的详细探索。本研究在考虑控制设备对泵浦和信号激励响应的参数下进行。除了预期的信号放大外,研究结果还表明,系统的非线性性质可能根据系统运行条件产生不可预见的现象,包括:泵浦音谐波的产生、信号增益的调制以及不可公度频率的产生——这些效应不易通过简单的线性化方法处理。
