摘要
DARTWARS(Detector Array Readout with Traveling Wave AmplifieRS)是一个为期三年的项目,旨在为低温探测器和量子比特读取(C波段)开发高性能创新型行波参量放大器(TWPA)。实际研发遵循两种有前景的不同路线,一种基于约瑟夫森结(TWJPA),另一种基于高电阻率超导体的动力学电感(KITWPA)。本文介绍了DARTWARS合作组在制备首个可工作的KITWPA原型方面所取得的进展。
