摘要
无限二进制序列的随机率由Kolmogorov复杂度与序列初始段长度之间的比值序列来表征。已知不存在一致有效过程能将一个输入序列转换为具有更高随机率的另一序列。相比之下，我们展示了这样的一致有效过程，以两个具有正但任意小常数随机率的独立序列作为输入。此外，该变换是真值表归约，且输出的随机率可任意接近1。
