普适计算与大数据时代的可信人工智能

摘要
普适计算时代催生了无数持续监控用户及其环境的设备，生成了大量用户行为数据。此类数据或可支持提升服务质量，但也可能引发监控与广告等不当使用。与此同时，人工智能（AI）系统正被应用于医疗、司法或人力资源等敏感领域，引发了对这类系统可信度的多重关切。对 AI 系统的信任因而与伦理内在相连，包括算法伦理、数据伦理或实践伦理。本文中，我们通过伦理视角形式化了可信 AI 系统的要求，特别聚焦于可集成至 AI 系统设计开发中的方面。在讨论研究现状与剩余挑战后，我们展示了一个智慧城市中的具体用例如何从这些方法中受益。
