TrES-1：一颗明亮 K 型恒星上的行星

我们报告发现一颗行星大小的木星质行星围绕一颗较亮（V=11.79）的 K 型主序星。我们在 TrES 多站点行星传递观测项目中检测到了行星传递光程信号，并通过多色光度测量和精确的径向速度测量确认了行星的本质。我们将该行星命名为 TrES-1，其推断质量为 0.75 ± 0.07 木星质量，半径为 1.08 (+0.18/-0.04) 木星半径，轨道周期为 3.030065 ± 0.000008 天。该行星的轨道周期类似于 HD 209458b，但约为 OGLE 传递行星的一半。其质量与 HD 209458b 无显著差异，但半径显著较小，符合理论模型，不需要额外的热源深入大气，如某些研究者为解释 HD 209458b 所提出的假设。
