次领头幂下 SIDIS 的横向动量依赖因子化

摘要
半inclusive深度非弹性散射（SIDIS）是研究核子横向动量依赖（TMD）结构的黄金过程。我们给出了次领头幂下 TMD 因子化形式中 SIDIS 结构函数的完整表达式。因子化定理的所有微扰要素——系数函数与演化核——均给出至单圈精度。我们发现了与早期推导的若干差异，其源于计入了夸克–胶子干涉项的非平凡运动学。作为附带结果，我们给出了 twist-three TMD 碎裂函数的定义与演化，包括领头阶演化核。
