R矩阵方法中含时电子输运的透明边界条件及其在纳米结构界面中的应用

摘要
采用R矩阵方法实现了含时薛定谔方程的透明边界条件。所采用的散射形式体系适用于描述开放量子系统，并为含时相干输运提供了框架。有限量子系统边缘处波函数的透射与反射对于在大时间尺度上准确高效地描述含时过程至关重要。本文采用该方法描述与光伏应用相关的纳米结构界面上的含时输运。
