量子波对瞬时势阶跃切换的瞬态响应

摘要
通过半解析表达式精确求解了阶梯势中量子粒子的定态对阶跃高度瞬时变化（电子半导体器件中突发偏置切换的简化模型）的瞬态响应。辨识出了直至达到新定态的瞬态过程的特征时间。将精确结果与一种近似方法进行了比较。
