摘要
理解人群移动行为将是智慧城市中人群管理的关键赋能因素，惠及公共安全、旅游和交通等多个领域。本文讨论了现有挑战及近期克服这些挑战并通过物联网（IoT）技术在人群管理利益相关者之间共享信息的进展。文章提出使用新的联邦可互操作语义物联网平台（FIESTA-IoT），其被视为“系统的系统”。该平台可支持智慧城市中人群管理的各种物联网应用。特别地，文章讨论了两个集成物联网人群移动系统：1) 人群移动分析系统，2) 人群计数与定位系统（来自 SmartSantander 测试床）。在澳大利亚黄金海岸和西班牙桑坦德开展了试点研究，以满足各种需求，例如利用不同区域的多种传感器提供在线与离线人群移动分析。这些系统提供的分析在应用间共享，以提供洞察并支持智慧城市环境下的人群管理。
