含点缺陷高温超导体相图中的拓扑序

摘要
应用Kierfeld、Nattermann和Hwa先前获得的类Lindemann判据 [Phys. Rev. B 55, 626 (1997)],我们估计了高-超导体中磁场和温度的值,在该值下,拓扑有序的涡旋玻璃相相对于无序诱导的位错形成变得不稳定。所采用的判据被证明等价于传统的唯象Lindemann判据,包括数值因子(即Lindemann数)的值。计算了拓扑有序涡旋玻璃的位置相关长度。
