半导体中双电子自旋量子比特的层析成像

摘要
我们提出了一种利用层析成像技术重建半导体量子点中双电子自旋量子比特态的方法。该过程利用了量子点中捕获电子自旋的快速门操作以及底层Ga和As核的动态核极化。所提出的方法可以成为固态量子计算中用于完整表征量子比特态及其关联的重要工具。
