摘要
降低光学涂层的热噪声是实现下一代光学干涉仪引力波探测器所需灵敏度的关键因素。本文表明,将 TiO 加入 TaO 可降低其内部摩擦力,并呈现数据证明其显著降低了热噪声。我们还指出,TiO-掺杂 TaO/SiO 涂层接近满足第二代引力波探测器的光学吸收要求。
