潮汐指标通常与时空中给定观察者族相对于黎曼张量（及其协变导数）的电部和磁部相关联。最近，针对 Kerr 时空赤道平面中的各种特殊观察者，广泛研究了依赖于观察者的潮汐效应。此处通过考虑更一般的背景解来扩展这一分析，以包含也具有任意质量四极矩的物质的情况。还研究了与曲率不变量和 Bel-Robinson 张量（即依赖于观察者的超能密度和超坡印廷矢量）的关系。
