CrI$_3$ 中的三维磁临界行为

摘要
CrI 是范德瓦耳斯键合铁磁器件的一个有前景的候选材料，因为其铁磁性在将块体晶体剥离至单层时仍能保持。本工作中，我们研究了块体 CrI 单晶在顺磁到铁磁相变附近的临界性质。通过 Kouvel-Fisher 方法得到临界指数 = 0.260(4)（临界温度 = 60.05(13) K）和 = 1.136(6)（ = 60.43(4) K），而在 = 60 K 处通过临界等温线分析得到 = 5.32(2)。块体 CrI 单晶中确定的临界指数表明存在三维长程磁耦合，其交换距离按 衰减。
