精神分裂症中神经突的三维改变

摘要

本文报道了对精神分裂症病例与对照病例脑组织的纳米 CT(nano-CT)分析。分析显示:(1) 神经元结构在个体间存在差异;(2) 精神分裂症病例远端神经突的平均曲率是对照组的 1.5 倍;(3) 树突棘被分为两个几何特征不同的组别,尽管在疾病与对照病例间未观察到结构差异。神经突曲率的差异导致空间轨迹的差异,从而改变神经回路。我们认为精神分裂症病例中神经元的结构改变应反映精神分裂症的精神症状。
