近场热交换驱动相变振荡器的热机械双稳态

摘要
具有多稳态平衡状态的系统在信息科学中对设计逻辑门极为重要。本文预测，由近场热交换驱动的简单相变振荡器在其临界温度附近具有双稳态热机械行为，从而为从微尺度热流进行可能的布尔信息处理开辟了道路。
