量子化磁场中相互作用二维电子气的热电响应

摘要

我们讨论了量子化磁场中相互作用电子气的线性热电响应。边界电流可以携带通过系统的净电流的很大一部分。我们推导了粒子流和能量流的体分量和边界分量的通用表达式。我们表明,局部电流密度可以用“输运”和“内部磁化”贡献来描述。后者不携带净电流,在标准输运实验中不可观测。我们表明,虽然Onsager关系不能应用于局部电流,但它们对输运电流有效,因此对标准输运实验中观察到的电流有效。我们将无无序相互作用的二维电子气的四个热电响应系数中的三个与平衡热力学量联系起来。特别是,我们表明扩散热电势与每个粒子的熵成正比,并将此结果与最近的实验观察进行比较。
