由无序效应和泡利阻挡效应调节的可能量子临界区域

摘要
基于声学类比，我们通过量子离散动力学模型研究了无序效应和 (泡利阻挡) 相互作用对电子气中可能局域化的影响。我们在引入无序效应 (或自由取向： 其与粒子散射相对于传播平面波前法向的方向有关) 至 "Uhling-Uhlenbeck 方程" 的同时，也考察了泡利阻挡效应。我们获得了可能的相图 (与无序强度和平均自由路长有关)，其定性上类似于 Abrahams 提出的相图。
