3d 金属单锗化物的热膨胀与压缩率

摘要

随温度和压力变化的同步辐射衍射、比热、磁化率和小角中子散射实验揭示了 MnGe 的反常响应。在 Mn1x_{1-x}Cox_xGe 和 Mn1x_{1-x}Fex_xGe 固溶体中也观察到了类似但较不明显的行为。自旋密度涨落和 Mn 自旋态不稳定性被作为所观测效应的可能候选原因进行了讨论。
