摘要
我们研究了由金属纳米颗粒组成的三维金属-介质光子晶体薄片的黑体光谱。我们计算了不同光子晶体薄片厚度、颗粒半径和承载材料的光谱。我们特别发现，这些晶体在特定截止频率以上表现出约 90% 的辐射率的宽带辐射光谱。所研究的光子晶体可用于高效选择性辐射器，可应用于热电致动力学和传感。
