超晶格中参量放大的理论

摘要
我们考虑了超晶格单微带中电子在直流和交流电场作用下的高频响应。我们表明，微带中的布拉格反射导致参量共振，该共振可通过交流探针场检测。我们建立了共振时相位敏感太赫兹放大的理论可行性。参量放大不需要在负微分电导条件下工作。这防止了超晶格内部破坏性高场畴的形成。
